We use TNT next day delivery for items over 1.99kg and the Royal Mail for items under that.
We also use the Royal Mail for areas outside the couriers reach. This includes the IOW, Highland and Islands and the Channel Islands.
Orders made Monday to Thursday before Noon will be processed the same day.
Orders after Noon will be despatched the following day.
Orders on a Friday and over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
Although we try and get your order to you the very next day, please allow 3 - 5 working days.
